(L.A.) Manuel Garcia Espinoza, 60, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Garcia Espinoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 2:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-September 2023, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
