Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 57-year-old Latino male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Ruacho.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:40 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
