(L.A.) Mario Hevia Del Puerto, 28, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mario Hevia Del Puerto.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP MARIO HEVIA DEL PUERTO (December 28, 1994 – January 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 1:46 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

The decedent was the only child of his mother Laura Hevia Del Puerto, who is medically debilitated.
