The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Marisa Gamble.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Spontaneous Pontine Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 6:15 p.m.

Pontine hemorrhages are a common form of intracerebral hemorrhage, and usually are a result of poorly controlled long-standing hypertension.
