Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 2-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the child as Matthew Shelton.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Drowning
