(L.A.) Melanie Pietrucha, 46, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old Caucasian female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Melanie Pietrucha.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive Heart Disease

RIP MELANIE PIETRUCHA (March 4, 1977 – March 7, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:10 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in late August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
