The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Melissa Migdal. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Bianco.

Manner of Death: Suicide

Cause of Death A: Methemoglobinemia

Cause of Death B: Probable Nitrite Toxicity
