Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Michelle Allen and listed her race/ethnicity as Hispanic.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, Fentanyl and Xylazine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:31 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on September 30, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
