The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nancy Mendoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Sequelae Of Blunt Force Head Trauma

Cause of Death B: Fall

Other Significant Conditions: Congestive Heart Failure; Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Hypertension
