The coroner’s office has identified the person as Nathan Charles.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

Other Significant Conditions: Idiopathic Cadiomyopathy; Fatty Liver

Note that the medical examiner found the decedent to be female.
