(L.A.) Obed Agoe, 28, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Black male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Obed Agoe.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP OBED AGOE (June 14, 1995 – December 16, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 4:23 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.

The decedent’s name could be from Ghana or Uganda.
