Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 78-year-old Asian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Kim.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Ischemic Heart Disese

Cause of Death B: Atherosclerotic Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Traumatic Hip Fracture, Congestive Heart Failure, Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma, Chemo Dialysis and Cerebrovascular Disease
