The coroner’s office has identified the man as Peter Marquez, resident of 425 Olive Avenue, #B.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Conditions: Possible Paeniclostridium sordellii and Streptococcus pyogenes Sepsis
