Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 45-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Philip Meyer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Coccidioidomycosis

Cause of Death B: Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome

Other Significant Conditions: Reported History of Cocaine, Heroin and Methamphetamine Use; Schizophrenia; Human Immunodeficiency Virus Infection
