Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Asian female that occurred at her place of residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Rachel Lee.

Cause of Death: Consequences of Chronic Alcoholism

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:58 a.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back from the lab.
We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.
