(L.A.) Rafael Remon, 62, Killed by Cocaine & Fentanyl

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Latin American male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Remon.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine and Fentanyl
