The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Reatha Mitchell.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:23 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 18, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
