(L.A.) Regina Ward, 64, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Regina Ward.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Alcohol Toxicity

RIP REGINA WARD (January 20, 1960 – March 17, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:48 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
