Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 47-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ryan Burton.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Gastrointestinal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Esophageal Varices

Cause of Death C: Chronic Alcohol Liver Disease

RIP RYAN BURTON (November 4, 1976 – March 18, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 1:35 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 3.

Esophageal varices are usually caused by a heavy drinking habit.
