Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Stegman-Wise.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Anorexia

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Fentanyl and Amphetamine
