(L.A.) Sophia Martin, 27, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sophia Martin.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alprazolam and Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:06 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
