(L.A.) Stephen Waksman, 58, Died in a Front Yard

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a front yard.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Stephen Waksman.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Hypertrophic Heart Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Methamphetamine, Facial Blunt Force Injuries

RIP STEVEN R WAKSMAN (July 9, 1964 – May 28, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 11:53 p.m.

On June 27, the government investigator corrected the decedent’s first name form Steven to Stephen.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for meth.
