Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Theresa Shanklin.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP THERESA SHANKLIN (June 27, 1964 – July 22, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:25 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on November 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
