Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a rehabilitation / detox center.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Thomas Spencer.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects Of Acetyl Fentanyl and Fentanyl
