(L.A.) Tigran Balasanyan, 46, Died in SUV Crash

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 46-year-old male of Armenian ethnicity that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tigran Balasanyan.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Trauma

Killed after smashing his Jeep SUV into two poles on a roadway in Porter Ranch.

The collision took place at around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday in the 18500 block of Rinaldi Street near Darby Avenue.

Balasanyan was driving westbound on Rinaldi Street when the accident occurred and he collided with a telephone pole. He continued driving in a westerly direction and eventually collided with a massive metal pole.

He was pronounced deceased on the scene by by medical personnel.
