(L.A.) Tomas Contreras, 33, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Latino male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Tomas Contreras.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Heroin, Cocaine, and Ethanol Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Obesity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:44 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on March 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
