(L.A.) Ulonzo Vandusen, 19, Died from an Accident

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old male.

The coroner’s office has identified the young man as Ulonzo Vandusen Fitler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Head Trauma, Thermal Injuries, and Inhalation

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 12:10 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
