Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Victor Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Alprazolam, and Bromazolam

Other Significant Condition: Recent Methamphetamine Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 1:20 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
